At Mi Bliss, we maintain strict policies to ensure hygiene standards and smooth order processing.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation is not possible once an order has been placed.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided against any orders.

Returns & Store Credit

• In case of a return, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of STORE CREDIT.

• The returned item will first go through a Quality Check (QC).

• Store credit will be initiated only after the product passes QC and is approved by our team.

Important Note

Store credit will be added to your Mi Bliss credit account and can be used for future purchases.
